Comestri is a global SaaS company with offices in Sydney, Hong Kong, and London. For over a decade, we have helped retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, and distributors consolidate, orchestrate, and publish product information wherever customers touch their brand.

At Comestri, we do things differently. We attribute our success to hiring the best people and ensuring our people enjoy doing what we do in a nurturing and supportive environment. We’re bold, not traditional, and we’re certainly not perfect.

We have an opportunity to build a great company and believe that diverse, inclusive teams will create the best outcomes for our clients, partners, colleagues, and our company.  We welcome everyone to be part of our story.

What you will be doing

  • Identify and recruit top-notch talent for all Business Units. You will own talent acquisition across Australia and the United Kingdom.
  • Utilise innovative sourcing strategies to attract the best and brightest talent and work relentlessly to fill active job openings, and build a pipeline of candidates for future needs.
  • Drive improvements in recruiting process, quality & efficiency.
  • Working across the full recruitment lifecycle – from posting advertisements, actively headhunting (over the phone, email, and social media), and guiding applicants through the interview process and offer close.
  • End-to-end management of talent attraction projects and targeted recruitment campaigns.
  • Be a cultural ambassador for Comestri

  • Previous experience using a Candidate Management and/or Applicant Tracking software tool
  • Experience recruiting within high-growth, start-up environments – coming from software, internet, or social media company highly desired
  • A “don’t take no” for an answer attitude
  • Strong interviewing skills, both in-person and over the phone — the ability to identify the very best talent from average talent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
