Job Description

Ads a L4 Support Engineer, you will be working across the full-stack Comestri platform to:

  • Provide support of incoming tickets
  • Work on operations and maintenance driven coding projects, primarily in scripts
  • Develop tools to aid operations and maintenance (e.g., PIM/Channels/Tenant cloning, configuration imports, and exports, advanced channel troubleshooting)
  • System and support status reporting\
  • Write clean, maintainable and efficient code, contribute to codebase commits
  • Follow best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, adhering to coding standards)
  • Ensure committed work items are delivered with high quality and on time
  • Contribute to the culture of Comestri by attending events and meetings


An idea of the type of skills we are looking for

  • Some commercial full-stack Ruby on Rails development experience (anywhere between one to two years)
  • Experience writing clean and maintainable code
  • Be comfortable working in a team but also autonomously as an individual contributor.
  • Have a keen interest to learn new things and be self-motivated.
