What you will be doing

You will be responsible for managing the financial accounting function, including monthly reporting, tax compliance in multiple countries, and annual audit requirements for investors.

  • Coordinate monthly and annual reporting processes.
  • Be responsible for the financial integrity of the Company’s operating results and balance sheet.
  • Provide excellent customer service on financial matters to all stakeholders.
  • Be an active member of the finance team and collaborate closely with the existing accounts team to establish and improve an efficient, effective, and value-adding finance function.
  • Guide and mentor two current accounts team staff members.

An idea of the type of skills we are looking for

  • Experience in financial and management reporting and preparation of annual financial reports.
  • CA/CPA qualified.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge.
  • Demonstrated hands-on and process improvement experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strategic thinking – be able to identify or develop overall goals and see the linking strategies and actions required to achieve these goals.
  • Experience with high growth, fast-paced environments, and a willingness to learn.
  • Prior technology company experience would be an advantage.
