Job Description

You will be responsible for contributing and supporting the entire sales cycle, partner enablement, and client evaluations by collaborating closely with sales, product, and technical teams (internal and external) to highlight the many ways Comestri’s solutions meet client needs.

You will be demystifying our technology, optimising the sales process, and bashing down any technical barriers that keep prospects and our clients from evaluating and adopting Comestri solutions by combining your technical knowledge with a dedication to sales, partner, and client success.

Qualifications

 

  • Experience in a client-facing consultative pre-sales role or a solutions role with confident technical presence and confidence.
  • Proven experience with working creatively with clients to understand technical and business requirements and implement solutions, including technical engagement delivery
  • Experience and an understanding of API definitions, specifications, and databases
  • Experience with data integrations and data migration
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Public speaking experience or speaking to an audience
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms
  • Experience in the e-commerce or retail industries
  • Experience and a good understanding of integrations
  • Background in working or leading a BA team
