Job Description

You will be guiding the integration between the Comestri platform and our client’s business systems. Through planning and analysis, you help to accelerate implementation, remove project risks, and maintain Comestri’s reputation as an exceptional retail technology partner.

You will present Comestri solutions to our clients, handle technical questions, and facilitate technical discovery workshops. You will then work with our partners and clients to design system integrations, and you will assist them with detailed field mappings and use-case analysis. During this process, you will create impactful relationships with your customers and strive to become their trusted advisor.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years succeeding in a related role
  • Experience in presenting, demonstrating, and story-telling to technical and business users
  • Experience in problem-solving, as a part of a team
  • Technical understanding of SAAS solutions and architecture
  • Experience working with e-commerce and retail systems
  • Experience and an understanding of API definitions, specifications, and databases.
  • Experience owning and delivering complex technical documentation
  • Experience with PIM, OMS, or Middleware an advantage.
