2020 has seen a fundamental shift in consumer behavior and the fast track of digital transformation for many retailers, large and small alike. Here we take a look at the results of vast and varied retailers on the Comestri Platform and how the peak sales days performed.
Comestri Platform data reports an order increase of 140% on the previous Tuesday, and Black Friday / Cyber Monday 137% from the previous weekend. Interestingly, orders made via Marketplaces during Cyber Weekend increased 250% from the previous week.
November 2020 was a success for retailers on the Comestri Platform, with order volume up 46% from November 2019. Cyber weekend sales contributed to as much as 41% of all November orders for one retailer, with an average contribution of 27%.
