Job Description

What you will be doing

You will be responsible for the overall digital marketing execution within Comestri, from strategy through to planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. This is a part-time role (24 hours p/w) and can suit school hours, or 3 days a week.

  • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to target critical clients & prospects.
  • Responsible for the growth of our marketing database, email, and advertising campaigns.
  • Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to drive traffic to the website, create new content, and continuously improve UX and user journeys.
  • Develop strategies that drive existing clients to our website, keep them engaged and promote cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Identify and employ the latest “growth hacker” trends and technologies in the eCommerce industry. Find opportunities for lead generation.
  • Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and monitor campaign budgets in collaboration with the team.
  • Prepare accurate reports on our digital marketing campaign’s overall performance and effectiveness, using Google Analytics and SEO and CRM reporting tools.
  • Have an understanding of the business’ goals to build campaigns for strong online visibility and lead generation.
  • Work with the team to distribute content for client and partner communications and develop and implement engaging ideas for the future growth of Comestri and our clients and partners.
  • Contribute to the development of training, internal standards, supporting documents, and knowledge sharing.
  • Work closely with sales and the wider marketing team to drive relevant content-driven projects throughout the year and assist in delivering high-quality articles, interviews, and media campaigns.


An idea of the type of skills we are looking for

  • Three years experience in a digital marketing position.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices.
  • “Growth Hacking” principles.
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Experience in WordPress is highly regarded.
  • Experienced in Google Analytics.
  • Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communicator with solid writing ability.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Deep knowledge of web design principles.
  • Great communication skills.
  • A passion for teamwork and collaboration.
  • Have a ‘whatever it takes to get the job done right’ attitude.
  • To thrive and grow in a fast-paced Agile environment.
  • Results-driven, comfortable with large data sets, and able to report on and identify actionable trends and insights.
